I like to think of myself as a VIBRATIONAL ENERGY CONSULTANT having studied the original Usui Reiki method to attain my Master – Teacher level. Reiki is “Universal Life Force Energy” a healing system that facilitates on all levels, the physical, spiritual and emotional side of the human mind, body and soul.

Reiki can improve your life in many ways, by reducing anxiety, stress, anger and depression.

It can give you more zest for living and clarity in your life. It can assist in lowering high blood pressure, remove aches and pains, fears and phobias and addictive behaviours.

Reiki helps with releasing toxins from the body more quickly, clears tension headaches, helps with chronic disease, emotional blocks and insomnia and it gives you a sense of calmness and well- being.

Reiki energy is channeled through me via my hands. Reiki treatments work by simple laying of hands with intent. The hands are either gently placed directly on the body or about three inches above the body where the recipient remains fully clothed.

Having studied Crystal Healing, Meditation and various forms of energy healing modalities, this plus NLP and my many varied life experiences combined with Reiki make up my Vibrational Energy Consultations.

Crystals are known for their therapeutic properties and are used in many ways to assist us in our daily life.
