Your Appointment

To ensure that you and all of our clients receive the best possible service, we ask that all clients arrive 10 minutes prior to treatments.

As this time has been reserved for you, late arrival may mean that your treatment time could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.

· Please notify us at your earliest possible convenience to change your appointment time.

· 24 hours is required for cancellation of appointments.

· Out of respect for others please turn off mobile phones.

· Prices include GST and are effective July 17th 2010.and are subject to change without notice.

Treatment Times

Treatment times are an indication of approximate time only that should be allowed. Times allow for client preparation where changing is required. Eg massage or facial. Times can also vary —for example pedicure / manicure times may be shorter or longer depending on the condition of clients nail’s and hands.

Gift Vouchers

· Gift vouchers are available for Beauty Therapy Treatments, Massages or Retail.

· Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. and are not transferrable and can not be redeemed for cash.

· When making appointments please quote your Gift Voucher number.

· Treatments can not be provided if gift voucher is not presented at the appointment arrival time.
